MEMO Participates in the International Conference “Energetika 2026” Organized by ZEMAK

24 September 2026, Struga – Representatives of the National Electricity Market Operator – MEMO LLC, together with CEO Zoran Gjorgjievski, are participating in the International Conference “Energetika 2026”, organized by the Association of Energy Engineers of Macedonia – ZEMAK.

The conference was opened by Deputy Minister of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources Miroslav Labudović, together with ZEMAK President Borko Aleksoski.

The two-day conference brings together national and international experts from the energy sector and focuses on current challenges, modern technologies and the future development of the energy sector.

As part of the conference, MEMO will present a professional paper in the field of electricity markets, contributing to the exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas for the development of modern energy markets.

The conference covers key challenges facing the energy sector, with a particular focus on modern technologies, the energy transition, renewable energy sources, digitalization and sustainable development.

Through plenary sessions and discussions, the conference provides a platform for exchanging experiences and ideas, identifying appropriate mechanisms to address challenges in the country and the region, and strengthening cooperation in the energy sector.
