According to data from the National Electricity Market Operator (MEMO), in November 2025, 504 GWh of electricity was sold to meet the country’s total electricity consumption, excluding losses, i.e., net consumption.
Transactions from domestic production amounted to 533 GWh.
ESM contributed the largest share with 250 GWh (46.9%), followed by independent producers with 191 GWh (35.9%), virtual producers with 47 GWh (8.8%), and renewable electricity producers with a feed-in tariff (FIT) of 45 GWh (8.4%).
The share of domestic electricity production in net consumption continuously from May to November this year is 100%.
