The Chair of the Committee, Rafael G\u00f3mez-Elvira Gonz\u00e1lez, opened the conference with a welcome address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussions focused on current processes and challenges shaping the European electricity market, including the implementation of the 15-minute Market Time Unit (MTU) in the Day-Ahead market, as well as its full implementation in the Intraday market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel discussions provided an opportunity to exchange views and expert insights on the future of European electricity markets, further market integration, and the enhancement of cross-border trading mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MEMO\u2019s participation in such international events provides an opportunity to actively follow European trends, exchange experiences, and contribute to processes aimed at further integrating the electricity market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>29 September 2026, Brussels \u2013 The fourth annual conference organized by the All NEMO Committee, representing all Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) in Europe, was held in Brussels, with the participation of Zoran Gjorgjievski, CEO of the National Electricity Market Operator \u2013 MEMO.
